Five bedroom villa Alir is located near to the river in a beautiful rural village Anyar, between popular Seminyak and Canggu areas. Just five minutes drive from the famous Berawa beach, worldwide known for surfing and beautiful sunsets.
Villa Alir has one main building, two guest houses, a relaxation pavilion and a large private pool. All the territory is surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Semi-open living room is located on the ground level of the main building. This spacious room is cooled by ceiling fans and natural breeze. There is a kitchen and a dining room for ten people. Heavy Bali teak wood furniture, hand-made lamps are like exquisite work of art here. On the second level there is another TV-room with home theater, plasma TV, DVD and stereo system.
Two bedrooms are on the first floor of the main house. They are like mirror images of each other with the warm wooden floors and sliding doors. Each room is equipped with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a big mirror. Private bathrooms have an open air rain shower where the walls are decorated with unpolished marble. There is also a glass sink and a deep romantic mosaic bathtub.
The two-story building at the far end of the garden features two lovely bedrooms with private bathrooms. The lower bedroom opens breathtaking view of the pool and a small waterfall decoration. Upper Room reminds a bungalow which is built entirely of teak wood. The view from here opens to the entire territory of the villa and emerald rice fields around.
By the pool there is another small charming house with a bedroom. Own outdoor bar, stereo system, BBQ area and a small open plan dining area. Gorgeous antique doors, dressing table, teakwood bed and a semi open bathroom with elegant glass shelves.
